This course will review various ethical theories, societal ethics and how these relate to the attendees personal life and responsibilities while acting as an insurance agent or broker.  This course will include case studies that deal with “ethical” dilemmas as a tool for the students to determine the correct course of action.  This course is appropriate for agency principals, supervisors, sales and service staff.
